I would like to give you a brief explanation as to why I am creating this website, two words – health and experience! …… Because I am healthy, and because of the experience I have been through regaining my health. After being ill for most of my adult life, it brings me great joy to say, “I am healthy!”
First, I want to share with you my story. Please remember that the purpose of this website is to provide access to information and products, not to give medical advice or interpretation. As a child I was rarely ill for more than a few days; being put to bed because I was sick simply didn’t happen. I wanted to go play with my cousin, Gerald, who was usually home sick at the same time I was. I actually looked upon being sick as a vacation. Oh,darn I have the measles…….can I go play? Many times I heard my mother say,“Yes, go play, but stay away from everyone else because you are still contagious.”
Unfortunately, once upon a time, in my mid 20s I began to experience illness, and over the ensuing years I progressively worsened. I had a long list of challenges that I had never experienced as a child growing up. They included allergies, asthma, chemical sensitivities, colitis, fibromyalgia, sleep difficulties, osteopenia, low blood pressure, hypoglycemia………
In 2004 my body finally failed me and I was forced to be off work for 6 months; my specialist told me that surgery was my only option back to health. But, I chose to hold off on this route. I just couldn’t go there yet. I spent my time intensively researching alternatives (probiotics, whole-food organic nutritionals, qi gong, grass-fed organic beef, cleaning without chemicals, clean home air, PiMag water……).As my health improved, and continued to improve, I realized I was on to something and just couldn’t stop. Because I had been ill for so many years, my improvement was slow, but consistent. I regained my health without surgery, I no longer use puffers for my asthma (I have no symptoms). I seldom have any allergy attacks and I can’t remember the last time I had to take an antihistamine for them. My aches and pains have vanished. AND my other health challenges have virtually disappeared.
In the fall of 2008 I received the results of my Bone Density Scan. It stated that there appeared to be new bone growth and that I had normal bone density for my age. This was amazing because here I was at 48 years of age with healthy bones, yet when I was 44 years of age (when my body had failed me) my doctor told me that I had the bones of an 80-year-old woman! Well, that clinched it, I had to share the wonders that I had learned.
The funny thing is, what I have found was not that difficult to implement into my life. Of course I realize that I was unusually motivated to find answers, but easily half the things that I have changed in my life were easy to do. My major challenge in life can be patience. I would like to share with many people the options I have found. Word of mouth proved slow, so I began to have talks at our local library. This was somewhat nerve racking (public speaking, of course), but a great learning experience and I will continue them. Now, I am branching out to the internet.
I hope you find the information presented at my site to be helpful to you and your family. Thank you for visiting! Peace and Love! Eraine __________________________________________________________
